BLM should be the SAM of casters.

BLM has little to no utility and has one of the more troublesome rotations of the casters. While SMN's is admittedly more punishing if you die, RDM's is leaps and bounds easier with even more utility added on. But BLM? It has nothing but DPS and it doesn't even win there.

So how about we give BLM those big numbers too?
