Warrior Infuriate Not useable (Does not highlight after engaging enemy)

Steps:
1. Enage enemy...
2. Infuriate does not highlight for use

I am not exactly sure what causes it but It has happened to me a few times. Its very rare but it is a serious error if it were to happen in a critical time for a warrior. It must have something to do with engaging the enemy.
