Call their name out with a <se.1> and <pos> near them in alliance chat. Then tell them to participate, otherwise ask for party/alliance to kick them if they want a chance to win.

Yea and people are on board if there are enough who can be on board. So like the game where 1/3 of the players were afk, we didn't have the numbers to vote people out without they themselves voting. And then we only get one kick for every four hours.. There are so many people going afk now that people actually playing can't kick
