Looking for players to form an English speaking FC [End-game content]

I am interested in forming a tight-knit group of players to tackle mid to end game content (particularly end-game Primals, dungeons and raids).
Requirements:
-Able to communicate fluently in English.
-Access to stormblood content(debatable?).

Are you guys still recruiting? Where are you guys based?
