    Black Launcher No Error Message

    Hi All, I'm Having a Issue with the Launcher Showing up Black, it was working fine before I left to go on Holidays with Family for a Week on July 1st but when I Turned on the computer & went to Play Yesterday a day after getting back, Nothing was showing on the Launcher except for a Black Screen.

    I Tried Resetting IE (Don't Use) & Google Chrome (Primary) along with Turning Off My Firewall & Turning off Real Time Protection in Microsoft Security Essentials, Even Uninstalling & Reinstalling in Steam Don't Help it Just Updated the Launcher but the Launcher is Still Black. I Even tried with & without Steam Running with Running as Admin & Without but No Luck along with waiting like 10-15 Minutes but nothing still shows up. I Bought ARR on the Steam Summer Sale after hitting the LV 35 MSQ on my Main & Getting a Alt to 29 on a New World so after I Bought ARR I Got it to Lv 30 to get the 15 Days Free Game time on top of the 30 Days Free for Buying ARR, Now I'd Like to Play it but I Can't.
    Not Sure if it Could be a ISP Issue or Not, ISP is Xplornet.

    Happened to me too today. But after restarting the launcher it went back to normal.

    I read that you clicked Reset for Internet Explorer, but it's specifically the cache you need to clear and I'm not sure reset does that. To do this, go into Internet Explorer (even though it's not your primary browser) and then go into "Internet Options" and on the first "General" tab, click to delete "Browsing history". Specifically make sure "Temporary Internet files and website files" is checked and make sure that "Preserve Favourites website data" is NOT checked.

    After doing that the launcher should open as expected (the launcher basically is an Internet Explorer browser hence why you need to clear the cache there, even if it's not your main browser).

    Tried it Both Manually & Using CCleaner, Still Don't Work.

    Just out of curiosity, I Done a System Restore to a Point before I Went on Holidays when it was working & It's Working now.
