SCH suggestions: Ease the burden of MP costs

I played a lot of SCH in dungeons before Stormsblood, and MP was never really an issue. But now, when I try my usual playstyle, the MP gets used up very quickly. That's when I realized the design philosophy the devs may have been going for healers: making shields prohibitively expensive.

Using Lustrate to supplement the harder healing phases is fine, but the SCH's lack of a readily available mid-grade heal is a missing part of their bread-and-butter toolkit. Since 2.0, Adlo is the only stronger cure spell available to SCH, so some players may treat Adlo as the SCH-version of Cure II, which will really tear into their MP now. However, instead of just making a "Physick II", let's it more unique to SCHs:

Emergency Tactics: Same effect, and lowers the cost of Adlo and Succor by 25-50%, its CD time is lowered to 15 seconds.

With this ability, the SCH will have their own version of a Cure II and Medica that doesn't get in the way of the design of having a costly shield.

One thing that makes SCH appealing is the mighty Critical Adloquium. However, because if its prohibitively expensive MP cost, SCH isn't going to constantly spam it over and over on the tank, hoping it'll crit, so a SCH won't ever plan a healing rotation for a raid around it. This next suggestion removes the random nature of getting a Critlo:

Deployment Tactics: Same effect and CD time, but automatically doubles the strength of the shield. Shield strength is not boosted if the Adlo was already Critical.

With this, SCHs have the option to either spread it to others, as usual, or they can plan on applying an extra strong shield to just the tank, like the tank is going to take a buster without a CD. Currently, its ability to spread to other party members is good, but it's usually not required when a Succor can handle the damage.

I don't think they have something in place in the game atm that checks to see if Galv is critical or not, it just looks at the value of what the buff was when applied then says a weaker one cant be on. It always basically spreading a critlo would be nice though seeing how it's cooldown is super long.

I think MP costs are the least of SCHs issues right now. Having done Suzanne and Lakshmi quite a few times now, I'm never even close to being OOM. We may be third in MP management, but compared to AST/WHM right now, that doesn't really mean it's bad. We just have to start learning how and when to use Lucid Dreaming alongside Aetherflow.

As for guaranteed crits, I'm opposed to it. Shields are powerful, and AST has taken that to a whole new level. Adlo could maybe do with a slight potency increase, but when shields become too strong, and are deployable, it's almost like a freebie for dealing with certain raid mechanics. Adlo needs to be more powerful than A.Benefic, but that needs to be achieved by nerfing the latter, not buffing the hell out of SCH and then essentially creating another balancing issue.

    I'd prefer if
    1) Quickened Aetherflow was changed to a guaranteed 5 seconds off of Aetherflow's cooldown instead of a chance at 10 seconds
    2) Emergency Tactics increased the potency of the Succor/Adlo as well as the normal effect
    3) If Sacred Soil had a higher chance of netting a free Succor (say 50%)
    4) If The Fairy Gauge worked in a similar way to WHM's Lillies but instead of reducing the cooldown timers, it increased the potency of the fairy's abilities
    5) Dissipation didn't result in the Fairy Gauge also being lost.
