This is just stupid. Its not a exploit or a cheat. Is just how the game mechanics are. The same happens on ffxi, we use to have Reraise and all bcnm give us 3min before kicking us after a wipe, if someone have RR on he can just get up and raise someone else. Depending on the type of mob and how the party died some bcnm can be tried a few times before timer goes out. Of course the nm regen itself almost in 1min of de aggro soo is like a new bcnm but with less time.

In the case of moggle fight is just the same, the moggles you kill pop out again after the song and have to kill all over again. The problem of this "exploit" is that you lost like 5-6 min of the fight just raising and resting. I don't see how can be unfair, neither an instant win. less time is alway less chance of wining and if you have troubles to ill the 7 moggles in the first 10 min you will be in the same condition on the last 15-14min left you have.
