Anyone who goes in to the bcnm for feast of fools planning to wipe themselves at whatever point in the fight are doing just that, planning to wipe. Whether or not it is against ToS is for the people interpreting them to decide. Not us.

I would not worry too much about this to be honest. When it comes down to it and there is real endgame content, not this filler that they are implementing to keep people interested.
