Is it me or are we wasting SE's time with trivial crap like this. I would much rather SE spend their time making a game worth paying for then worrying over which tactic is legitimate, also for the record deciding which tactic is the right way is also an exploit. I hope they don't fix it and bring us 1.21 faster

This is also true. We probably did beat it faster than he expected without using any cheap tricks. I expect him to address that sadness in upcoming letters.

Do any of you read what Yoshi says? He said the designer of the boss fights was disappointed that it got beat so fast (5 days after released) and that he was going to try to make something that was a bit tougher. While the fight is longer and harder to repeat than Ifrit was I highly doubt that he meant this "Tactic" to be used. If he did, do you really think they would have been upset at our Ifrit kill speed?

While I appreciate the sentiment. I wasn't trying to gloat about beating it "honorably". I just want another voice out there expressing dissapointment in the people who are choosing to cheapen the experience.
