Recently submitted a ticket in game and was answered to by GM Rhinedynast.

They were very patient, professional, and respectful. I appreciate they took the time to talk to me despite me being in the middle of a dungeon run, trying to juggle mostly-coherent but speed-typed responses during a boss fight. I apologize that my information probably wasn't as coherent and in depth as it could have been due to the circumstances, but wanted to thank Rhinedynast for their courtesy and professionalism. I hope what information I gave was sufficient, as well.
