Cool down issue after maintenance today

so the maintenance scheduled for today dec 19th, just finished about an hour ago. and after playing i noticed that spells cooldowns have been reduced. but they have only been visualy reduced. stonera now says cool down is 30 seconds and after i cast it, the visual feedback for the cool down lasts 5 seconds but i still cant cast the spell, the visual feedback doesnt match the actual cooldown.

i dont know if this is happening with any other jobs on any other cooldowns kuz i havent checked and i main con, but if this is happening to anyone else, post it here so it can be fixed

its a bug, and it was there before patch. only thing patch did was adding buy from search on wards. YES it was the only thing. No conjurers and thm werent nerfed, and no, they didnt remove chocobos from the game.

uhh ok? i know con and thm werent nerfed, i know chocobos are still there and i know the item search was the only thing that was ment to be changed but the cool down bug was not there before the patch, i was playing in a party until 5 minutes before the maintenance as main heal on my con.

anyway, just thought id let them know

it was there before patch, you where just one of the lucky ones. It comes and goes as it wants kinda.

yeah it seems to have went back to normal after i got D/Ced so ill take your word for it, thanks

btw, opening ports makes it come less often if you starts ti experince the problem more often
