    SE even a word would relieve a lot of stressed players.

    I am not one of the people who have this unfortunate problem. But these are paying customers and they deserve a response about what is going on. What are the measures you guys are taking and is there any time frame when this is going to be fixed this is what your loyal customers want to know.. Although my connection is stable the people I care to play with are less fortunate and keep dropping every 1/5 min sometimes 5/10 times in those 1/5 min. This affects me as a player because I am not able to play with my friends and go through content with them. Can't something be said as to whats going on some sort of status update?

    Yes, just a simple "we're aware there are issues and are working on it" would be enough.
    But I'm stuck in quarrymill without knowing if they even acknowledged the problem and if I manage to even get a response to a ticket it's always the unhelpful "go post on the forum". Guess what? I did just that, a lot!

    worst is what litterally support told me but i bet is because they dont know how to fix em since they are clueless themselves

    I actually just sent @FF_XIV_EN a tweet asking them to at least acknowledge this. Maybe they pay more attention there

    Ugh this makes me feel terrible for you guys. They should at the very least give some positive encouragement to their paying customers who can't play that they are working on a solution to these problems. Currently half of my FC are being disconnected every 1/5 min countless times, most of them just give up and call it a night. They still pay for it, the least they can do is give a human response as to what measures are being taken.

    Yes, I am one of the many frustrated players who are constantly getting the 90001, 90002 & 2002 errors of doom.
    I have not been able to stay logged in long enough to check one of my retainers.. or advance the workshop project (like last night -- literally 6 times back to back 90k error)
    The funny thing is I'm not a Euro player I'm Canadian on Sargatanas. So this issue is not only affecting Euro players.

    Not sure what your talking about they have made announcements. The D/C were do to server overload and still being worked on. PS4 Users was a Sony issue. I think people just don't read or are ignorant. If people notice every time there is an update is mainly do to returning players wanting to complete content right away it's natural. I feel for those player, I pay a subscription and to be honest really have no problems. ( mainly because of a high tech PC and dedicated gaming internet line. ) There are ways around managing PC background dedication lines to avoid D/C. If people aren't tech savvy perhaps they should try learning or taking the the time to do some homework. It's not the 90's and google answers most questions. ALL of my friends have done their homework and we hardly get any DC unless it's do to congestion. Different servers have been tested and seems that it's just over population like SE has provided the information. If players still feel something is being hidden from them, I would suggest learning about servers and how they work before trowing stones.

I play on one of the most populated servers out there (Balmung), and only had issues on launch day, then suddenly, two days ago, this issue starts up for no apparent reason when I play on EU times? Aka, there is like NO ONE online when I do, no queues, etc. So it's not cause the server was congested. I don't think you understand the gravity of all the problems that are present and who all it is affecting. You gripe about people not reading and paying attention or being ignorant, when you really are doing the exact same thing (not reading, being ignorant.) These issues are affecting a very specific group of people moreso than others, namely EU players on NA servers.
