Obscene amount of packet loss?

Hey, I current play on NA (Aether, Gilgamesh), and I'm get absurd levels of packet loss to the server.

Here's a snapshot of pingplotter to the server



204.2.229.9 is the ip address to the Aether Data center and as you can see, the very previous jump prior to it, which is just a subset of the data center has crazy amounts of packet loss, upwards of 30%. This is just completely unplayable and souring any chance to play the game. Unable to even to the most basic stuff like leveling roulettes, crafting, gathering cause a literal third of my inputs are being eaten.

Also, I have tried using VPN's, both mudfish and WTFast, neither fix this issue.

Is there any clue as to why?

I mainly only see this happening to me and my friends during peak hours.
Though yesterday morning, and this morning I started seeing it somewhat, and through out the day.

NTT America Inc is garbage and it will continue like this as long as SE keeps the data centers where they are located. Your best bet is to find a VPN that routes away from ntt.net hops.

I already posted screenshots of pingplotter in the "trouble after relocation" (don't remember the exaxt name) thread that was made by SE. It has been like this since they relocated the NA data center and even while every other hop (18, hurray!) is rarely losing any packages i get up to 40% packet loss on 204.2.229.9

I doubt this will ever change.
