"We are undergeared and our skills are subpar. Thus not good enough to clear with a MCH in the party parsing only 3200. Sorry"

Pretty much this. Whenever I see any class being singled out like this it's often by players who aren't all that skilled in their own right. MCH can't put out the /best/ numbers right now, but a MCH who knows what they're doing is far more preferable to me than a subpar SAM who is just spamming whatever looks cool. I can't tell you how many times I've out DPS'd the supposedly easiest class to currently play in content simply because they're rolling their face all over the keyboard.
Couldn't agree more. I play SMN main and started to see PFs removing SMN from primal ex. People who do this only show that they are looking to be dps-carrired. It's sad.Pretty much this. Umm... I'm sorry if I'm intruding here, but is there a good reason why SE decided to put a very tight enrage timer on the EX primals in Stormblood? I mean, I heard it was 11 minutes? Despite being able to clear it (Videos of MCH clearing Susano EX and Lakhsmi EX does exist!) I feel like things would be much better if there's at least 13 minutes before the enemy goes enraged.
In any case, if I were to put up a PF for the EX primals, I will accept anyone, even MCH, and will kick anyone who mocks on a player because of meta. It's just too painful for them, I'm sure. They've been practicing all this time, spending their blood and sweat just to get to 70, doing their best... Forgive me, I guess I was just emotional all of a sudden.
The only other thing that I'd probably make as requirement is to clear the Earth, Sky, Stone of Susano EX.

There's a DPS check? I've cleared it easily with 2 MCHs. The fights are pretty faceroll, if people can't get it down by enrage then they need to clean up their game.Umm... Time to make MCH only parties, then
--> just be the leader of the team as Machinist, so it's not "against the bard" but "sorry we already have a ranged physical dps support" (still write MCH only ;p )
PS : It's just a joke, be more smart than those stupid people, no need to make BRD feeling out too. They are not the problem, the system is (and obviously people).

I geared my MCH to 314 and joined a lot of Susan and Boobie Lady farm groups. Never had a problem or even an comment regarding my class.
That being said, the DPS gap can get pretty big despite having mapped the fights out to get the maximal potency. It wouldn't be bad if we had a significant impact on party DPS or performance support wise, but alas, it is how it is. Fingers crossed for the next patch.
Players will always take the path of least resistance. It has nothing to do with how good they are individually. If they can take an edge. They'll take it. And right now that edge excludes SMN and MCH from SOME clearing parties. It's important to note that you can always just make your own clearing party and people won't give a care
