welcome back reward missing

i renewed my subscription and bought stormblood few days ago. however, i didn't get the welcome back reward as advertised on email and website. Also, the 90 days mount Falcon was else not validated under bonus section in the mog station.

No one gets the falcon mount until September 5th at the earliest, and when was the last time you logged into the game?

other than been 3 days ago, prior to that was 2 years ago or 3 =/, i was reading the post regarding the falcon mount, i thought the eligible ones were able to see if they qualify by looking at the bonus section under the mog station.

Free days don't count toward falcon mount. If you accepted the welcome back campaign I think you get a week of free time. So youd have to wait for that to expire before it shows up on mog station.

Also in order to qualify for the mount you would have had to register stormblood BEFORE renewing your account as you must purchase 90 days of time while also having stormblood registered.
