    Level 30 and no Gil

    World name: Mateus
    Character name: Eakin
    Class/Level: 51 Warrior
    Got to level 30 and received the 15 days free time for being on one of the low population servers but never received the Gil. Emailed you guys and was told to talk to a GM in game and after 4 days they tell me to Report it on here.

    I believe you only get gil if you create your character on a new world. Mateus is a preferred world, not a new world.
