Titan was the WORST, I'd want to cry every time i got it in roulette as I just knew I was going to eat everything lol doing it now is like a walk in the park with a decent ping and 50+fps lolI play with a large ping and this issue is noticeable. I just have to learn to move faster than I'd naturally like to, but on the bright side I can step right back into the attack while the template is still down and not get hit by anything after the dodge. When I'm at events like fan fest and play on the local servers, everything feels ludicrously easy in comparison because I'm used to the brutal reaction times I need on my normal server :s
(It's still perfectly possible to do stuff like Titan, just unforgiving.)
I hate to break it to you, but if you have more RAM installed and Windows reports only 8, it's not Windows, but it's probably your motherboard. I know I came across a HP motherboard at one point where some genius engineer put a 32-bit memory controller on a motherboard designed for a 64-bit processor. End result: You couldn't use more than 4GB or RAM on it no matter what you did. I've heard of several motherboards which physically limit the RAM well below what's addressable by a 64-bit processor to cut down on costs, so that's probably the case for you.
