Request - Allow Retainers to gather Clusters

Quick question, as someone without any gatherers at 50 (so can't level the retainers to that point either), can other ARR timed nodes be gathered by retainers? What about Heavensward timed nodes?

Yes to both of those, ARR and HW time nodes.
