    So.. i wanted to level my Warrior a bit Today...

    And the peoples reaction inside the dungeon was: " Omg why are people still playing WAR." Healer left the dungeon and the DPS soon followed as no new Healer came in.

    I know that Warrior is bad right now and its also not Very fun but giving me the feel that im a burden to people just because i want to level the job is really the worst.

    I think WAR is still viable, but from my experience, they seem squishier for some reason? I'm not entirely sure why considering they won't ever run out of CDs if they stay in Defiance.

    This is what my friend who mains healer said.

    pld's are op this patch, i've noticed they're significantly tankierthan the other tanks, squishiest i've had has actually been wr x_x they're like the new drk in terms of squish since pre 4.0 drk was really squishy until they got fully geared at late game

    War is certainly the worst tank right now, but they are still viable for all current content. No need for people to leave over them.

    That's really dumb. In dungeons WAR is probably still better than PLD since they have shorter cooldowns and can blow them on pulls. More DPS on bosses too if you don't have a NIN/SAM to give slashing debuff.

    It's not like Intervention is doing a lot for you in a Light Party. Just idiots bandwagoning who don't know what the actual problem is.

    That's a stupid reason to leave a dungeon. And I've yet to run into that as I leveled my WAR to 66.

    * The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.

    I've run stuff on my level 40ish warrior and had no problems, seems these people were more about pulling your chain than anything else, don't let it bother you.

    There's not a 1:1 parity on the jobs but it's not like any class has ever been so bad you have to avoid it at all costs.
