    Warrior Utility in 8 mans

So had a thought with Warriors since they have little utility (slashing debuff) to offer to a raid outside of Role abilities. Make use of their damage focus as a tank. New passive trait at either 68 or 70, probably 70. Fury of the Beast. Upon building 250 points of Beast gauge, the Warrior stores a Beast charge. Then upon the next use of Fel Cleave, Decimate, Inner Beast, or Steel Cyclone, the charge is used and an AOE buff is applied (20-30 yalms give or take) to all members in range. Beastly Vigor increases crit chance by 5% (think 7-8% for ranged since they are usually far out, to offer incentive for them to play closer to the warrior when allowed) for 10 seconds afterwards a debuff is applied to the warrior and all members that got the crit buff for 20-30 seconds that prevents receiving the buff again.

Should the debuff be active when the Warrior gets the charge again, it will not be consumed until the debuff has cleared. This way you can't stack double warrior and go on a crit spree in raid groups. Since PLD and DRK have more defensive utility, we can use the WAR to emphasize the damage side of things. It's a small crit boost but thinking that you are getting it 2 times a minute, it can help with overall damage output thus having a good use for Warrior in a group if you have issues with dps checks or you are geared and merely farming the boss and wish for it to go faster. Just my thoughts really for WAR since they can do fair damage and not much else really.
