Get back in the shower and rethink it.
Tanks are fewer than demand. Most people choose to play as DPS in every MMORPG and this one has one of the healthiest Tank populations I've ever seen but still not enough to cover the demand.
DPS classes are more than Healers and DPS and this doesn't help it. You may found one tank to go through a roulette but that doesn't mean that Tanks are enough. They aren't. It was always like this and will stay like this forever.
