    Weird possible texture issues

For a while (maybe a month or two) I have been having a recurring problem where random parts of character models, ALL models just don't load and are invisible. It applies to NPCs, Mobs (Even bosses), and other players.
Meanwhile I also get some random things load in as this weird fluorescent yellow.

Here are some screenshots of both the yellow and some models not loading: http://i.imgur.com/vSGI10B.jpg

I have reinstalled the game, reinstalled windows, and a lot of my parts got swapped out (Mobo, ram, cpu).

    Specs: Win10, Ryzen 1700, 32GB ram, asrock AB350M pro4, r9 fury
Prior to my new mobo, ram, and cpu I had a i7 3770k, 16GB ram, and honestly don't remember my mobo (sorry). But fairly different hardware, same problem.

If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated, I had two bosses in an endgame dungeon not load. I had to relog to see them. This is making it really hard to play consistently.

You've an AMD graphics card, and durrently, there is no real solution to this. Running in DX9 helps somewhat.

Yeah that is the response I've gotten across the board which is really frustrating. They released new drivers recently and it was running fine for a while but today it broke again so I'm assuming I just had good luck for that time haha. I wish they'd fix their spaghetti code so I could properly play. :/
Thanks for the response though, just gonna have to accept that it is the GPU and cry a little.
