    Trying to return but cannot: related to security key malfunction

    I used to play and am interested in returning (at least to check things out and to reminisce). However, my security token seems busted.

    The token (I have the app on my phone) is acting like it's not associated to my account but my account also requires it to unlock. I also can't seem to find a way to submit anything to Square Enix. My account was around during the original Beta so I'd rather keep it.

    Whenever I open the app I am prompted to connect it to an account. If that helps clarify the issue I'm seeing.

    I signed up for this free trial account in the hopes I could find some help on the forums.
