RDM - Corps-a-corps should have a slightly shorter cooldown, it is often unavailable

Clearly the intended way to play RDM is that you build up your gauge to 80+, corps-a-corps in, slashslashslash and displacement out again. However it happens constantly that I've built back up enough gauge to jump in again and corps-a-corps is still on cooldown by 2-3 seconds. I think it's cooldown should be lowered from 40->35 seconds to avoid this. Displacement already has a 35 second cooldown.

Well, this is most certainly not a necessity for the job...as I believe its fine as it is... Guess it all boils down to play style... when I play as RDM after use of Corps-a-corps, plus follow-up combo, I generally have other actions I take, which builds back up the mana gauge enough for another combo, I get into melee range and use my follow-up combo again, minus Corps-a-corps... no worries..next time around it's up, I Corps-a-corps with follow-up combo again... So. yea.

Cooldown should automatically reset when you reach 80 W/B Mana
So it is not abused outside of the melee combo but still there when needed

You're actually probably better off weaving Corps-a-Corps and Displacement between Dualcast'd spells for a dps gain.
That said, it is quite bothersome that their cds are slightly offset, from a pure gameplay flow perspective.

I 100% agree with the original post, though I would suggest preemptively lowering it even further to 30 seconds on both. It seems casters are getting drowned in spell speed, which will mean in a few patches even a 35 second cooldown might be too long. I don't like sitting at 90/100 mana and either spending 3 seconds running in to do my melee combo, or waiting the 3 seconds for corps-a-corps to reset.

    Spellspeed scales (inversely) with level.
2k spellspeed now is the same as around 1.1k in HW, if memory serves me right.
Just something to keep in mind.

I think the cd is fine. If it's not up by the next time you are at 80/80 mana you should be using dual cast to get into range so you aren't losing damage by having to manually move into melee range.

I agree I mean what else do you think manification is for?

It really shouldn't be a problem, out of every 10 seconds you've got ~6 where you can move freely. In a lot of fights you are better off using Corps a Corps and Disengage for extra damage, to deal with mechanics like Susano's purple marker or just avoiding Disengage altogether if you are prone to suiciding with it.
