Could be a good idea, I always thought Brotherhood should have given the effect of Battle Voice by bringing the Direct Hit to a party/itself instead of "5% damage to weaponskill skills" to round off what the melee classes bring. NIN brings vulnerability, DRG brings crit chance, MNK brings Direct Hit, SAM brings huge damage.
