There are no novice network notifications when a non-mentor is kicked from the network. This bug is 100% reproduceable, we tested a few times with alt characters.

With his permission, I attempted to kick him from the network and received the following error: http://i.imgur.com/DEPaIhL.png

The non-mentor *does* get kicked from the network, but it shows an error for the person kicking and no notification for anyone else.

We tested (again with permission) with kicking a mentor, and that works correctly (shows the notification with the name of the person who kicked).

It's not a major issue, but since our Novice Network is actually active and a great place for people to get help, we're concerned that a malicious mentor could simply kick novices and returners at will without repercussion. We've seen this issue a few times over the past few weeks, and wanted to report it before it become an issue.

Steps:
Kick someone who is not a mentor from the Novice Network (with their permission for testing)
