Market System Search and Price History

I would like to see the item search in the markets become something like below. This was made with the idea of being able to sort by job, level and ect. Let me know what you think.

(This isn't perfect and is missing some stuff I'm sure but its just a idea of what I would like to see it look like.)




Please allow us to see the price history of a item from our retainer to make it easier on sellers.

Agree with all this, being able to sort by level at the minimum.

I don't really understand what your... table... represents.

Are you saying that you want the subgroups expanded out before you select anything, or automatically expand when you highlight one, or push right to expand the highlighted section?

Either write up an explanation or draw a picture?

I would agree that drawing an image would be a better way to present this.

Patenthesis would be better than what we have at the moment, something similar to how WoW displays items on the AH.

FF11 displays sub categories better than 14 at the moment also.

I don't really care how the main group opens into the sub groups. I just want the sub groups to exist along with a sort feature.

I think what the OP is saying is a collapsed menu to start such as:


And as you select one of the options, the menus expand out to something like:



I'm also probably missing categories and/or could be classified in different ways, but this is the premise of it I think.

Ideally, I would like to see:
"Search by name" text field.
A Show Equippable Only checkbox.

Sort by level, name, or price. Ascending or descending order.

This would all be on the purchase tab.

Under the Selling tab, once you place an item in a Sell slot, there could be a button for Show Purchase History as well as the other button to confirm posting the item for sale.
