Mechanics that are supposed to not affect wars when under inner release. Some knockback and stuns will bypass inner release. It sucks so bad

The total lack of utility makes it feel really bad to be OT now. Sure it feels pretty darn good to be MT now, but Warrior generally is the Off tank, so more often than not I feel like I'm doing less than I should be. I still love the class, upheavel is amazing in tank stance, but I can't wrap my head around why they made it have no utility.

Yeah I don't know either. The total lack of utility makes it feel really bad to be OT now. I just want them to make the job fun again. Get rid of the stance swap penalty. Give us back self healing in deliverance. Lose the rage cost on onslaught.
I'm on the same bandwagon. I rarely posted here but what they did to tanks attributes and WAR I can't just ignore this. As someone said. If you want feedback here's mine.
Warrior is broken. It is payable but not fun. As a raider there's no reason to bring warrior in.
I might be unable to understand square design decisions. Why give a Job tons of DPS utility them encumber it with penalities.
I'm unable to understand why can't tanks just switch stances freely?
Why can't I just play the job as I want? If I want to be offensive or more defensive it's my choice and my groups decision.

It's messed up cuz they decided everyone needed a ui gauge to a manage and to justify the guage they decided to tie everything to it even if doing so makes no sense.
Paladins have their offense and healing tied to mana and def to the new oath and wars get everything tied to beast gauge.
So when they decided to implememt penalties for swapping stances, and have the penalty affect the new resource and not mana, it screwed wars worse.
So unfair.
*Puts tinfoil hat on*
It's almost like they spent their time redesigning WAR for PVP, forgot they had to redo PVE abilities as well, and just cobbled something together last minute.
Wait a minute...

To be fair, pvp I'd so stripped down now, streamlined, that it's much easier to balance.
And I'm shocked at how massive the changes were to the jobs. I remember hearing it was gonna be nothing more than shared ability grouping by function and ability pruning. But it turned out to be massive job overhauls.
And they definitely seem to have spent more time polishing certain jobs and less on others.
Wars really clunky as hell. And comepletely losing self healing while in deliverance coupled with tank penalty on swap suc k s do muchhhhh.
And onslaught on beast guage? Wtf for? For some niche use by some super wars to maximize dps at certain unique instances? Bah....

We are using it for the exact reason they said they removed Brutal Swing for.To be fair, pvp I'd so stripped down now, streamlined, that it's much easier to balance.

I can't believe DRK/WAR lost tons of unique skills with awesome animations for this tank role garbage and the result is worse role abilities and onslaught being used exactly like brutal swing.
yeah warriors need more.
