This is something that has been bugging me ever since Vanilla, and I am sad to see that this is STILL not fixed.

It is impossible to tab-target large enemies if their names/HP bars are off-screen. This kills people running lower resolutions because it forces us to mouse-click either the enemy or its entry in the threat list to acquire a target. For me, tab-targeting is so much faster if it's the only enemy.

Why is it, tab-target refuses to pick it up if the enemy is too large that its name goes off the top edge of my viewing area?

Could we please change it so that tab target will grab anything in front of us in some logical order (probably based upon proximity and then left-to-right priority like most games do) regardless of whether or not they are on-screen? Or at least make an option for us to change it to do this.
