Here is the text from the opening post for that thread:

Good evening.

Around the time the Preferred World incentives were introduced, I created a new character on the Zalera server. Yesterday (July 2, 2017), I hit level 30 with that character. However, I have yet to receive any notification about the 15 days of free play time. So far, the other two people I play with have earned their free play time. They hit level 30 on their characters around a day or two prior to me and were notified pretty quickly.

I do have a current recurring subscription via credit card going, but I'm not sure if that would factor into this at all. Is there anything I'm missing about this promotion? The XP bonus active for Zalera works just fine, so no issues with that. If I missed out on the free play time, then it's no big deal. If I haven't, though, then it would be nice to have.
