Why no yellow scrip custom deliveries?

When yellow scrip was added, there should have been an npc for custom deliveries as well.

Custom Deliveries were added pretty late in HW. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see it until around the same time they add Beastman Tribe Dailies for crafting, as a means for people to catch up faster to end game crafting after several patch cycles.

Probably because early expansion they want people to be forced to dump as much time as possible in trying to claw and scratch their way up to the top.

Then, about mid-way through, they'll let the casuals catch up. Same thing goes for Beast Tribes, seems to me Ixals and Moogles came late in the cycle as well, probably for same reason.

They can't make yellow scrips too easy at the start...that comes in later patches. There are only a handful of items worth grinding yellow scrips on...it is almost all too expensive (in either actual cost or opportunity cost) right now.
