What Dustytome meant is that the feature that allows moving is going to be introduced at the same time as Shirogane's release, not that it will only be available for the new ward. There is still no word however, if it is going to only be available to FC houses or privately owned ones as well. SE has been keeping mum about that little detail.

I wasn't aware of that. I could see where that could come in handy for an FC or someone with a lot of stuff.
