It may seem unfair, but when these two bought up the 28 plots, there was still other wards completely empty in Goblet, and many not taken in Mist and Lavender beds. To anyone complaining, you had the chance but didn't take it to its to late.
I had a few plots in ward 1 lavender beds on Mateus and I can tell you people didn't even have the Gil to buy the plot from the Placard, so don't be complaining about them having 28 plots, this is only an issue because people move like sheep, flooding a previously small and quiet community with idiots that demand instead of thinking for themselves. And yes, I know about other worlds and population/plot issues, but like the real world, its first in first served.

And one more thing, this is a game world, you can make huge amounts of Gil, it isn't hard if you just research and work towards a goal, not instant gratification. If I wanted a plot someone has, I would ask them if they would sell it and work towards obtaining it no matter the cost. This is why you have your own company for example, people don't even use their companies very well, empty gardens, no airship, no projects, just sit in the company and bitch about everything when you could all be making large amounts of Gil from the things you neglect to use.

The sad thing these days is nobody wants to earn anything. That's what these two did, they earned it, if only people could think for themselves.

I believe the only reply given by Yoshi was making double or more the original plot cost, but this is flawed, because once someone sells a plot, then the next person pays say +1M for example, and then sells it later the next person pays +2M or more, it will just keep going up in price if each person wants a small profit.

But the thing is, if I wanted a plot you own, I'd pay whatever it takes to make you leave, even if I have to make you house glamours or airships, if I want it I'll try to obtain it and thus far its always worked. Don't forget I had to work for it, it wasn't instant gratification and like the challenge. Might seem harsh, but there is way to many self-entitled players here that think because you pay a subscription you automatically get to have everything handed to you on a plate...
