Why won't you limit break?

I hate using LB on the first boss. Cause everytime someone does I never have 2 bars at the end on the last boss where it counts. So Yes I save it until the last boss.. and around 10% cause it's kills instantly at the percent. But it only works if I have TWO bars.

But even if you had 1 bar at the beginning of last boss (which you'd have time to get even if you'd use LB1 on first boss btw, the sooner you use it the sooner you can start recharging it), it's not likely for your party to be slow enough to get LB2 for the last boss... Apart from bosses which have mechanics that fill the LB bar, in which case you aren't likely to need that one full bar anyway.

DPS can tunnelvision and/or forget say if they usually main tank or heal.

I've been main healer, and whenever I DPS I can ensure you the first thing I do is make sure I get to use LB (assuming my LB is the most beneficial to the party in that content of course). I just consider it to be a part of the DDs' job to handle it the most beneficial way.

You are not everyone, and everyone is not you. I said, DPS can tunnelvision or forget. I never said you did. I am addressing the fact the playerbase doesn't play perfectly everytime.

So mistakes happen. While it is part of the DPS's job, forgetting to LB happens. It's why as a tank/heal main I simply remind DPS to LB when neccessary and boom, a LB follows. Hence why it is never a peeve of mine.

Oh sorry, I didn't mean to say you claimed I do, I understand what you meant. I too remind DDs to LB, I just find it silly I need to be the one to tell them to do their job.

Why save it for the killing blow? Why not hit it as soon as you have those two bars to make the kill just a bit faster?
