MNKs ROE [nerfed or bug fixed]?

before 4.01 i was using ROE on lakshmi's confusion attack and i get my GSL refresh every time i get hit not just the 1st time.
but after the patch i just get the refresh after the 1st hit and no more wich made me lose my stacks at that moment cause you would have so little time to do anything.
i'm not sure if that's a nerf or bug fixed

I would say working as intended.
Riddle->get hit-> change riddle to answer

The effect of the riddle is that it will refresch your stacks if you get hit and riddle will be replaced by answer.
Answer has no effect other then additional 10% damage mitigation.

This is why RoE needs a slight rework. Either by refeshing GL when activated and again when hit - or refreshed GL timer each time we're hit - or when we're hit the remaining cooldown on the damage buff is added to the GL timer (above 16 seconds max) and the damage reduction buff is lost. We don't need a further 10% damage reduction AFTER being hit because a) we've already been hit... and b) all things in this game are scaled for each class and therefore the extra 10% damage reduction isn't mandatory in any fight for our survival because classes without access to abilities akin to RoE/Earth's Reply will survive with their kit.

It was always only first hit for me. And it always gave me plenty of time to keep GL3 up.
