Has the problem with WHM in raids fixed in SB?

Idk, maybe WHM's healing is potent enough that it could easily solo heal content with little trouble keeping up both HPS and MP wise? :/

I'm not really that well versed in WHM play right now (I am lveling it still) - as of right now I'm quite fond of it in dungeons because it does have quite nice MP management, and (please don't hit me for this) I quite like the lily mechanic! Having reduced cooldowns on OGCD abilities is quite nice, and the more I can have them up the more I can DPS o\

Not gonna say it doesn't have its flaws - I repeat that I do not have it at 70 yet, I don't know how well it performs in 70 content, but I've heard the lvl70 skill leaves much to be desired :/

To be quite honest, I'm starting to think the problem is more AST being overbuffed than either SCH or WHM (not that these jobs shouldn't be tweaked), AST is just too good at the moment lol.

(and yeah, in this game I don't really believe in a pure heal-healer. Maybe in some sort of content where DPS checks were so tight you called in a good WHM to solo heal in order to fill uo last slot as DPS, but other than that I am really, REALLY skeptical of jobs in this game with no other utility :P)

I was hoping that we could see something like this, where WHM's healing was so strong that they could solo heal some content, leaving room for either another DPS or a healer to just DPS pretty much the whole time. IDK if that's gonna be the case, but it would be nice to see.

You are right on the money here. Outside of some minor tweaks, all the healers would be fine, except they gave AST too much. Reverse the buff to Nocturnal Sect, that would be a good start. Most of SCH's problems could be fixed with numbers adjustments and WHM could just do with some minor utility like Haste.
