ok, earlier i could find buzzards around bald knoll, well not anymore! What to do and where to go for buzzard feather now? Anyone her whom know?

Try cedarwood near LL. I noticed a bunch of birds there got placed to screw with the mining points.

there are packs that range from 30-39 starting at cederwood and going up to near the border of bloodshore, these are the only ones I've found so far and it seems that the drop rate isn't as good as the drifting duds and bomb ash, but not too terrible
seems like these feathers are meant less for manufacturing and more for personal use synthesis, I hope they add some packs of vulture types eventually that will drop the feathers like they did with bomb ash and drifting duds
