I feel sad to say this but the news is getting worse by the day for Japan and getting normal eletricity flow. Honestly I don't see XI or XIV coming back for many months or even longer. SE has operations here in the US it wouldnt be that tough to get the servers moved and running here within a 2 to 3 week span.
