    HORRIBLE Customer Service from Ricardo

    I had a simple issue, with SE technical issues during a purchase that I made on the Mog Station. I purchased a Fantasia and it took the money off my bank account, no holds and I still have yet to receive email confirmation and the fantasia. I purchased a name request right after that and it work so it's clearly not the bank on my end. I went for help through live chat, he just told me to talk to my bank and dropped the chat without saying anything else... worst customer service I have probably ever experienced.

    What did you want him to say? The two transactions you made are not linked. One went through, the other didn't. Not a surprising event. Perhaps contact your bank.....

    Ah had an issue like this, in a way it is out of their hands and seems the authorization is pending. Normally, depending on financial institution may need verification from account owner is it's considered a questionable transaction. ( It happens to many people ) Normally within 24-48hrs if transaction isn't finalized it just falls off and need to try again. I called my bank and in 15 min. tried again no issue. Hope it helps. By the way not to say SE has the best Customer service ( God no ) they are pretty much to the point. They can't help you if they haven't collected funds. Can take up to 5 business days

    I don't know maybe not be rude and just end the chat... It's not my bank it was an error on their end it even said it when I made the purchase lmao

    You have never mentioned about receiving an error when you made the purchase, and I doubt you did. Maybe they ended chat because there's nothing more to discuss.
