Is True North Cooldown way too long?

Yeah, it needs lower duration and lower cooldown. Very rarely are you forced to miss positionals for the full 15 seconds, and then it never comes back up in time for when you need it again.

Haven't had to use it yet, personally. Usually I find that other utilities are more useful.

As a Monk, it is maddening how much Stormblood bosses love to tornado. I'd love a decrease in the True North cool down if the pattern of wildly flailing bosses continues.

I wouldn't say all positionals, but most for MNK should go...look around, no other DPS has so much positionals with so much influence on the output...

I actually like positionals <.< It gives me something to do while not dodging AoEs. Sure it's not super engaging, but it's something.

Positionals not matter that kind of bosses, you always get bonus damage regardless where you hit.

They have no flank or rear, you basically hit all of your positionals wherever you are when fighting those.
