    Throw both buffs up as tank is pulling then just focus on maintaining jinpu and kaiten tenka, if the pack is over 9 mobs you can justify not using kaiten on tenka and use the kenki on the other aoe ability (drawing a blank on name at the moment) however less then 9 mobs always kaiten tenka.
