They are amazing for experience from 50-60 on your crafters, it's how I recommend my friends level through HW so that they can save their leve allowances and gil.

I have a 64 GSM and 65 ALC I have left to get to 70, I'm guessing these quests won't help much in that regard then?

No, definitely not. 60+, those quests only give 10k exp. Reason being that SE thought (rightfully so) that people would just spam those and the pre-SB turn-ins to level up.

Indeed. Ixalis was pain leveling 1-59lvl. Moogle are so soft and easy give level.

I'll wait next patch new beast tribe for crafters in SB 60-70lvl

Moogles also give you LOTS of Crystals and you will eventually get the rarer crystals out of them. There's also Kupo Nuts, and once you've got the Lv58 armor sets (save your red scrips for Lv60 tools!!!!), you literally have nothing else to spend them on but Fiber loops. On Lamia they still go for 15-20k each usually (though occasionally someone will dump 10-20 of them on the MB for 5k each or something stupid like that), so the money is decent too.
