There are many many encounters in this game where the group have to stay tightly stacked. Susano ex is one recent example of this. Try doing something higher in difficulty than expert roulette.
lol my bad,i actually thought the OP does play smn. kinda missed the "as a melee" part. its still funny tho...cos im sure it does apply to some people anyway.False dichotomies are funny, I agree :P
What I mean to say is, yes it is funny that a lot of people (myself included) are vindicated in our predictions, it's not exactly fair to group non Summoner complaints about Bahamut and Summoner desires for larger summons into the same camp.
ok but....more importantly, what does your g/f think about it?

Maybe I like playing with my camera unzoom to maximum to have a good overview ruined by Bahamut on my screen because, as you said, he's in the back so next to my screen?
Arenas aren't that big you know, they're all circle and you can easily have all the people there on your screen when playing at max unzoom.
SMN wanted bigger summons, they finally get something that isnt a tiny egi, and bam people say its too big.
Bahamut should be under the graphics slider where we can hide him, that's all. I don't want Square to remove him, to reduce his size, or put transparency on an egi. That's a disservice to any Summoners that like the ability.
How about no lol most classes do more dmg then bahamut, should we nerf those other dps too? Asking for a friendNO! i love my behamut! he is perfect how he are.
but please can we get a huge SAM nerf! how the hell it can be that a tiny SAM with a small toothpick sized sword do more dps than a huge T13 savage bahamut? thats just abnormal and just makes no sense in my eyes!
regards hobbit
You need to remember the one complaining are non SMN. They didnt care before because SMN pets didnt bither them, but nkw that it does they are getting involve and letting their voice be heard. People need to get inbolve before the problems start.
Make a transparency slider for him, please and thank you!
