Can't seem to log back in without being stuck with the disconnect symbol

Steps: As soon as i log in i get a disconnect symbol next to my name and i am unable to do anything because of it i play on ps4 and this is the first time it has happened but i have tried restarting my ps4 and restarting the game client i am insure if the problem is related to the DDoS attacks but it is preventing me from being able to play at all which is annoying. Unsure if it is just affecting me or others. I had teleported from the lavender beds to south shroud quarrymill and for about 2 minutes my character was stuck in limbo between the 2 areas, i was in the south shroud but unable to see my character but could see my chocobo. Had to close the client, relaunch and log in to find out i am stuck disconnecting in the south shroud.

Me and my friend expirience the same problem.
We both not from US,on US server.
Both changed ours characters and goes to PotD.
Now we stuck in this location (for more then 30 hours now) can't do anything.
Can't teleport,can't summon mouts,can't damage local enemies,can't change location,nothing...
