So as i've been sifting through the forums there are tons and tons of 'em popping up about wanting changes to dragoon. I would try to link them all but then that would become my entire post-length lol.

The big drawbacks to the job at the moment are the ability to maintain stacks of 'gaze' between mob pulls or phase transitions, the ability to deal consistent aoe damage when tanks pull multiple groups and the effect that has upon how frequently dragoons can enter the "life of the dragon" mode, and the need to either macro 'Dragon Sight' or stop for a gcd or three to apply it to the target party member.

For the dropping of gaze stacks between pulls or transitions (doesn't this sound so familiar Monk), after 'Blood of the Dragon' has been activated, when the timer reaches zero inflict a "blood stasis" that allows the accumulation of gaze, but Life of the Dragon could not be entered until Blood of the Dragon had been refilled to 10-15s again.

For Dragoons AOE rotation (Doom Spike > Sonic Thrust), I would like to propose that Sonic Thrust add 4-6s to the Blood of the Dragon timer allowing for better upkeep of the timer and weaving gierskogul more often.

I believe these two changes would significantly help Dragoons with party play in light-and full-parties, where groups have different strategies and this would allow us to be more flexible with our party compositions. It would also vastly improve my mood when i don't have to get pissed at the tank for stopping too long allowing for my timer to run out.

With the change proposed for Dragon Sight, it takes my attention away from the fight, and over to the party list so i can determine who to give it to, which can eat away several gcds until the buff is active...or i have to macro the buff activation and it goes to whoever, regardless of any real strategy. I would like to see the skill either auto-target the nearest party member, or have it applied like we do litany where we'll get the 10% bonus and spread the damage boost to surrounding allies.
