When I came back a bit before stormblood, I noticed I was missing an Aether Current in the Churning Mists that is given by a quest. Thinking, I just never finished the area, I attempted too. However, no quests were in the area. So, I looked up a guide and compared it to my journal. All those quests were completed, however, I still cannot fly.
