Foxy Lady FATE spawn timer broken or adjusted?

Not sure, but does it look like Foxy Lady FATE spawn time had been readjusted because of the instance removal or maybe just broken? According to people in Excalibur, she hasn't spawned in over 36 hours at all, and some have stayed up all night last night and still haven't seen her spawn at that time, and I think it's supposed to be a 12-24 hour spawn. And I don't see anything in the patch notes that mention the fate at all.

Never mind she just spawned and died recently. I guess the spawn timer may have been readjusted or just plain rng even after past 24 hrs.

What's funny is that I saw this topic, decided to go to Yanaxia to participate in some attempts to spawn the Fox Lady here on Excalibur and all of a sudden she spawned in less than 15 minutes.

It 12hr reset, up to 48 (2days) spawn of no one is doing the fate chain. Then back in to a 12hr CD.
