    Why such disparity in DoH/DoL gear?

    I was wondering why the new DoH and DoL that have just been added shows such disparity? When you look at the cheaper pieces, the stats aren't worth more than an HQ white gear full meld or even worst, while the more expensive worth as much as a white gear HQ full meld...

    The old HW artifact sets weren't that great either until they added the augmentation.
