Square Enix, why are you ignoring the SMN issues? Have you not seen some of the threads here about SMN? I am not going to write out what has been said. READ THEM!

...because its not done with poorly improvement on skill potency. Everything else need time to think it through.
I agree with you, and I'm beyond frustrated.
I don't want to abandon a job I've played since 2.0 because the developers lack the foresight and competency to make sound choices.
Did they ever make sound choices on things they dont know how to fix yet? Not really...
Just got told that I am just complaining about nothing "because smn is top 3 dps rank anyway" -.-

While translation is a large part of our job, what is not known by many is that the EN localization team plays a large role in the creation of a lot of in-game terminology and lore which is then localized back into Japanese (with liberties often taken by the Japanese team so that the text might appear more appealing to their target Japanese audience).
Top3?.... in which world? ^^'
This is very frustrating a sentiment to be slapped in the face with considering how the job went from being fun and flowing well into this Frankenstein burster.
On the outside looking in, people think it's all fine because the damage is well. Meanwhile we're having mild panic attacks the entire while hoping we don't get killed (and severely punished) or something else happens while we're juggling a host of problems just trying to slog through.
Well... "Common" sense isn't all that common anymore, now is it?
In a lot of cases, the damage is not fine. If you screw up, which is easy to do, you will notice a disparity with every other DPS.
