Power cut causes FFXIV to erase itself from PS4

Twice since Stormbloods release I've had the misfortune of a power cut while playing the game. Twice it has also completely erased the game from storage and caused me to do a 'first time set up' installation which takes an extraordinary amount of time. Is this an issue with the game files or is it a PS4 issue? I only ask this as other power cuts throughout my time on PS4 have never had the game I was playing entirely erase itself, including FFXIV prior to Stormblood.

I've literally hit every known issue on the way down since Stormblood released and I'd rather make sure that if this is caused by the game files that it can be resolved to prevent other players from suffering it.

This has been happening for weeks. Why hasn't this been fixed yet? Just got home from work. Excited to play. Power goes out. ETA 323 minutes. Guess 'Ill play tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous.
